One way to be successful is to get rid of bad habits and pick up new ones. Things are hard to stick to, though. I've tried to write down my goals every year, but I almost can't reach them. I believe we should start with small steps.
For instance, "I want to be healthier." Because of this, I need to work out at least three times a week and eat well. I do like fast food, though. bitlife
My plan is starting to eat eat-clean meals. However, I will cut down my fast foods slowly.
For the first step, I'm going to walk around my flat twice a week.
