Swinging Mechanism:

Stickman Hook's basic gameplay relies around the swinging mechanism. When you tap and hold, the stickman grips onto a hook (or another surface with a similar mechanic).
The longer you hold, the quicker and further your stickman swings. If you release too early or too late, you risk missing the next hook, falling, or failing to reach the intended platform.
Trajectory Control: By altering the timing of your release, you can change the trajectory and arc of your swing. A great release provides you with the momentum you need to effortlessly transition to the next hook.
Level Design:

Progressively Harder Challenges: The first levels are basic, with only a few obstacles. However, you will soon be faced with:
Moving Platforms: These move in different directions and require exact timing.
Obstacles: These could be spikes, rotating gears, or other hazards that, if hit, will immediately end your run.
Multiple Hooks: In some stages, you will have to switch hooks mid-swing, requiring you to anticipate the following move with precision.
Vertical and Horizontal Challenges: Not all hooks follow a straight line. To reach distant platforms, you will often need to swing upwards or diagonally.
Unique obstacles and power-ups:

Speed Boosts: Some levels have platforms or spots where your stickman gets a speed boost, allowing you to cover more ground.
Gravity Flips: At certain levels, gravity may flip, causing you to swing in the opposite direction. This increases intricacy since you must adjust to a new form of swinging.
Rotating Hooks: Some hooks may revolve, requiring you to carefully time your swings as they shift positions. These can be hard, but with the appropriate timing, they provide for an interesting challenge.
