Direct-from-origin food brand KisaanSay plans to expand its farmer network to 2 lakh by FY27 from more than 50,000 currently, while increasing its sourcing footprint from 10 to 15 states.
The company currently works with 25 Farmer Enterprises and Farmer Producer Companies representing more than 50,000 farmers. It plans to add sourcing partnerships in Mizoram, Himachal Pradesh, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh and West Bengal, while expanding existing partnerships.

The company's current sales mix comprises around 60 per cent from D2C, 30 per cent from marketplaces and 10 per cent from offline retail. Its products are available through its own platform, Amazon, Zepto, Blinkit, BigBasket and select retail stores across Delhi-NCR.
KisaanSay's revenue increased fourfold to Rs 20 crore in FY26 from ₹5 crore in FY25. The company raised Rs 34 crore in Series A funding in April 2026, led by NABVENTURES through the AgriSURE Fund, with the capital being deployed towards distribution, technology, supply chain and brand expansion.
